"The exhibition unfolds a network of relationships between historical and contemporary positions...

The idea of paradise persists in images of idyllic landscapes: tropical settings, northern expanses, or suburban promises... Historically, this form of longing is closely tied to colonial projections, through which landscapes, ecologies, and social structures were violently reorganised, economically exploited, and destabilised over the long term."

My work, Lairig Ghru II (pàrras, romansach), is shown alongside artists including Annalee Davis, Lisa Brice, Alexandra Daisy Ginsberg, Jan Brueghel the younger and Albrecht Dürer.
